Turkey Burgers

These burgers are pure goodness thanks to turkeys raised the right way and just two other simple ingredients (sea salt and rosemary extract). The goodness comes from choosing the best turkey meat to achieve a juicy texture and savory taste. Build a burger with or without a bun or creatively slice the patties for use in salads, pasta, rice, or anything you love.

Cooking Instructions

STOVETOP SKILLET METHOD (PREFERRED)

  1. Cook from frozen. (Optional: lightly oil skillet or burgers.)
  2. Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Cook burgers uncovered 4-6 minutes per side (turning twice) or until an internal burger temperature of 165˚F is measured with a meat thermometer. Do not microwave.

GRILLING METHOD

  1. Cook from frozen.
  2. Pre-heat grill on high.
  3. Place burgers on grill and lower heat to medium high.
  4. Cook burgers for 6-8 minutes per side (turning twice) or until an internal temperature of 165°F is measured with a meat thermometer.
